ज़ज्बा ऐ इश्क

यूँ तो मिली सौ बेचैनियाँ , सौ राहतें ,
एक बस तू ही नहीं जिसकी हैं चाहतें |

हो दिल के करीब इतने तुम,
फिर भी क्यों लगते हैं फासलें |

तेरी जुदाई में लम्हे , दिन,
दिन, महीने, साल हैं बनते  |

की मोहब्बत हमने दिल से,
फिर भी क्यों तन्हा हैं रहतें  |

एक तेरे साथ का यकीं है यूँ ,
रहगुजर ऐ ज़िन्दगी पे अकेले हैं चलते  |

एक दिन तो तुम लौट आओगे,
इस बात के सहारे, पल पल गुजारा हैं करते |

Well. I don't have habit to write about the inspiration, but somewhere I feel they deserve the credit for the creation.
Above poem is dedicated one of my best friend, I dont want to specify anything about them, just I am so thankful to you dear, that you created waves in my mind.
